Veteran singer Asha Bhosale admitted to Breach Candy hospital on Saturday April 11, 2026 reportedly due to cardiac arrest. Now singer's grand daughter Zanai Bhosle gave health update and requested privacy during this time. 

Zanai took social media and update fans that, legendry singer is admitted to the hospital due to chest infection and extreme exhaustion and currently, undergoing treatment, hoping that we will update you positively. 

My grandmother, Asha Bhosle due to extreme exhaustion and suffering a chest infection has been admitted to hospital and we request you to value our privacy. Treatment is ongoing and hopefully everything will be well and we shall update you positively.

Asha Bhosle is receiving treatment in the ICU at Breach Candy Hospital, as confirmed by Dr. Prateet Samdani. Cabinet Minister Ashish Shelar visited the hospital to inquire about her health. Upon hearing the news, her sister, Usha Mangeshkar, immediately traveled from Pune to Mumbai.
