Aaishvary Thackeray is set to make his Bollywood debut under the direction of acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. Despite his prominent lineage, Aaishvary has chosen a path characterized by dedication and humility, focusing intently on his craft. Industry insiders have taken note of Aaishvary’s commitment. A source close to the project remarked, “Aaishvary’s performance in Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming film is nothing short of remarkable. His dedication to his role and the depth he brings to his character will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on audiences.”

Aaishvary’s journey in cinema began in 2015 when he worked as an assistant director on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’. This experience provided him with valuable insights into filmmaking, which he has since augmented by honing his acting skills and dance abilities. His collaboration with Anurag Kashyap, known for his unconventional storytelling, is anticipated to be a compelling launchpad for his acting career.

Though born into one of Maharashtra’s most powerful political families, Aaishvary has largely remained out of the public eye. As the grandson of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray and the nephew of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, his foray into Bollywood is sure to turn heads. Unlike his cousin Aaditya Thackeray, who continues the family’s political legacy, Aaishvary has chosen a different path in the entertainment industry.
