Gauahar Khan refused to take off her mask to pose for pictures when she was spotted by the paparazzi recently. She reminded them of the raging Covid-19 pandemic as she lost her cool on the photographers. In the clip, on being asked to remove her mask and pose, Gauahar Khan said, with folded hands, “Sir, aap kaunse times mein chal rahe ho woh toh dekh lo, phir bolo mask utaaro (please take note of the times we are living in before asking people to take off their masks).”Recently, the actress took to social media to raise awareness about keeping the city clean. She schooled those people who had expensive cars and yet threw their garbage out from their window.
The actress also urged people to be aware and if they see anyone dirtying the city, they should stop them. On the work front, Gauahar was last seen on television as a mentor in Bigg Boss 14. Her most recent release was the controversial Amazon Prime Video series Tandav, headlined by Saif Ali Khan and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Gauahar Khan is known for her performances in films like Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, Ishaqzaade, Fever and Begum Jaan. She also participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 3. Gauahar is the winner of Bigg Boss Season 7.She got married to Zaid in December last year in the presence of her family and close friends. The wedding was an intimate affair. To mark six months of wedding on June 25, Gauahar shared an Instagram reel with Zaid. For the unversed, Zaid is the son of award winning music director Ismail Darbar.
