Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her Instagram handle to share that her family including her in-laws, children Viaan and Samisha and husband Raj Kundra had tested positive for COVID a few days back. Sharing an update about her health as well, Shilpa revealed that she had tested negative for the novel coronavirus. In her note, Shilpa said that the last 10 days have been very difficult for her entire family while adding that the members of her family -- Raj, Viaan and Samisha, and her in-laws, were all in isolation. She added that they have been following the doctor's advice and following official guidelines. Shilpa further added that her staff members also are infected and everyone was on the road to recovery.

Earlier, Shilpa Shetty excused herself from traveling and shooting for Super Dancer 3.  amid the Covid-19 scare. The team then decided to get India’s Best Dancer judges Malaika Arora and Terence Lewis to join them for the shoot. The judges, contestants and crew have been put under a strict bio bubble and all safety protocols are being maintained while shooting. As India deals with the rising Covid-19 cases, Maharashtra has extended its ‘break the chain’ restrictions for two more weeks,  from its earlier April 30 deadline. Under the new protocol, TV, films or ad shoots are not permitted in the state. While Super Dancer 3 had survived the phase with its bank of episodes, the team has now moved to Daman to shoot new episodes.
