Kannada actor and producer, Raghavendra Rajkumar has been hospitalized in a private hospital on Tuesday evening following mild palpitations. When the actor was shooting for the new film Belaku, he complained of tiredness and was immediately rushed to the hospital from the shooting location. A press release from Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Yeshwantpur, said: “Film star Raghavendra Rajkumar has been admitted in Columbia Asia Referral Hospital Yeshwantpur with mild palpitations on the evening of February 16. He is admitted for observation and is currently stable.
”Speaking to reporters, Vinay Rajkumar, son of Raghavendra Rajkumar said, “My father is absolutely fine, there is no need to panic. He is currently under observation; he will be discharged tomorrow morning or afternoon.” Actors Puneth Rajkumar, Shivarajkumar and Sriimurali visited the hospital to check about the actor’s health condition. Fans of the actor are wishing him a speedy recovery. Raghavendra Rajkumar, who is having health issues, got admitted at a hospital in Singapore in 2013 after he suffered a stroke. Owing to his health problems, he remained out of action for almost six years and made a comeback with the movie Ammane Mane which won accolades from critics. In the movie, he played the role of Rajeeva. He will be seen in the action-packed film Pogaru which is set to release on Friday.
