Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], November 7 : Malayalam star Mohanlal's latest film 'Thudarum' has been officially selected at the upcoming 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
Expressing pride over the particular milestone, Mohanlal took to his X handle and confirmed the selection.

Coming to Mohanlal's 'Thudarum', it is considered among the successful Malayalam films of this year. Directed by Tharun Moorthy, the film's story revolves around a humble taxi driver who treasures his ageing Ambassador car above all. However, when fate shifts, he is led into unexpected twists and troubles.
Besides Mohanlal, the film also features Shobana, Prakash Varma, Binu Pappu, Farhaan Faasil, Thomas Mathew, and Maniyanpilla Raju, among others.
The film was a blockbuster at the box office. This minimal budget film earned over Rs 150 crore worldwide.
