Jyoti Tiwari, the wife of late actor Rahul Vohra, shared a video of him from the hospital where he was being treated for Covid-19. She blamed medical negligence for his death and sought ‘justice’. Jyoti shared a harrowing clip on Instagram alongside a caption which reads, “Justice for every Rahul. Mera Rahul chala gaya ye sabko pata hai par kaise gaya ye kisi ko nahi pata (Everyone knows that my Rahul left us but no one knows how he died). Rajeev Gandhi super speciality hospital Tahirpur Delhi. Is tarah se ilaaj kia jata h vahan. Ummeed karti hun mere pati ko insaaf milega. Ek aur Rahul is duniya se nhi Jana chahiye (This is the kind of treatment he got. I hope my husband will get justice. Another Rahul should not die in this manner) #justiceforirahulvohra.”

In the clip, the late actor can be seen with an oxygen mask, which he removes before going on to say, “Iski bohot keemat hai aaj ke time pe. Bina iske mareez na chhatpata jaata hai. Kuch nahi aata isme, kuch bhi nahi aa raha (This has a lot of value in today’s world. Without this, patients suffer. But nothing is coming through this one, nothing at all).” In the shocking clip, Rahul is then seen adding that even when he calls an attendant for assistance with something, they tell him that they will return in a minute, and then disappear. Jyoti also shared two posts on her Instagram Stories, one of which read, “Chale gaye na pyaar adhura kar ke (You left me and our love incomplete).”Hours before his death, Rahul had taken to his Facebook page to share that he has been developing complications due to the virus and wishes that there was better treatment available. A part of his post read, "Mujhe bhi treatment acha mil jata, To main bhi bach jata tumhaara  IRahul Vohra (If I had received proper treatment, I too would have been saved.)'"

The news of his demise, was confirmed by  theatre director, and playwright, Arvind Gaur. Sharing the news of Vohra's demise, Arvind wrote in his post, "Rahul Vohra is gone, my talented actor is no more. It was only yesterday that he told me his life could have been saved if he got better treatment. He was shifted to Ayushman, Dwarka last evening but we could not save him. Please forgive us, we are all your culprits. My last respects." He was admitted at the Rajeev Gandhi Super Speciality hospital, Tahirpur and was shifted to Ayushman Hospital, Dwarka, on Saturday evening. Rahul Vohra is best known for his role in the film, ‘Unfreedom’ where he portrayed the role of a right-wing leader.
