In the wake of the rising scare of coronavirus in India, and Maharashtra  Rakul Preet Sing is shooting for an advertsisment. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the actress revealed that the shoot could not moved hence the filming is being done. However, the actress revealed that precautionary measures are being taken care off on the sets with fever checking facility in place. While the ad shoot couldn't have been postponed but the shooting of her next film opposite Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham has been put on hold due to COVID -19.

The number of coronavirus cases in the country has touched 126 and the country is slowly moving toards a virtual halt with shootings and many production houses being shut down. The government in order to avoid the spread of the virus have asked schools colleges, malls, cinema halls to be closed till March 31st. A number Hollywood celebs have confirmed of contracting with coronavirus including the likes of Tom Hanks, Olga Kurylenko, Idris Elba, and Kristofer Hivju.
