The much awaited trailer of MX Player upcoming original Runaway Lugai has finally hit the web. Written by Abir Sen Gupta and directed by Avinash Das, the series revolves around Rajnikant Sinha (Rajni), the only child of MLA Narendra Sinha. A pawn in his father’s political career, Rajni finds happiness in a bubbly girl Bulbul (Ruhi Singh)and gets married to her. But his life once again goes for a toss when Bulbul decides to runaway. Ruhi looks convincing in the role of Bulbul who is on the run, the former beauty queen essays the role of a a beautiful, chirpy, and free-spirited girl.
What then begins is a chase to find the missing Bulbul and why she went missing – from the cops to speculation by the press, the unending games of politicians, and even an ex-lover in the mix – there are multiple reasons at play in this adventure. Runaway Lugaai will be available for streaming free online on Mx Player App and website. The main plot is centred around Rajni’s search for Bulbul. It stars Sanjay Mishra, Naveen Kasturia in pivotal role. On the work front, Ruhi was last seen in MX Player — Chakravyuh — where she essays the role of Sagarika, an innocent girl whose life is destroyed by social media. Ruhi also starred in ALT Balaji's s Bang Baang, where she plays a no-nonsense, badass undercover cop. Apart from that, Ruhi was seen in the music video of the single De Ijaazat, which got massive views online, and last year, she was seen in the music video of the song Satane Lage Ho, which enjoyed huge views and appreciation from the audience.
