In a shocking news actor Sushant Singh Rajput died in his Mumbai apartment on Sunday.  The police is still investigating the case and his body has been taken for postmortem. Meanwhile, preparations are on for his funeral. Sushant Singh's family said to India Today Tv that the actor's funeral is to take place in Mumbai on Monday after his father will fly down to the city from Patna. As reported by India Today, the police have got hands-on some items including his medical records for investigation purposes.

The actor, who broke on to the big screen with his first film, Kai Po Che, in 2013 had starred in some of the biggest hits in Bollywood. In an official statement, Sushant Singh Rajput's team had shared, "It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life, and his work like they have done so far. We request media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief."His last release was 'Chhichhore', which hit the screens in 2019. He romanced Shraddha Kapoor in the film, which emerged as a massive blockbuster at the box office.
