Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya's son Dhruv Bhattacharyawho is a Mumbai-based restaurateur has been tested positive for novel coronavirus. Speaking about the same  the singer said, "My son, who runs a restaurant, was planning to go on an international tour, he underwent a COVID-19 test as a precautionary measure his test results were positive.” Sharing details about Dhruv’s health,  Abhijeet said that he is taking good care of his health and will recover soon. The veteran singer  is currently busy with shoots in Kolkata and before joining the sets, he had to take a mandatory COVID-19 test and was found negative.

In the past week or so a number of celebs from the movie fraternity tested positive for coronavirus. The notable names being Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The trio are currently recovering at Mumbai's Nanavati hospital. There were rumours that Big B got tested negative for the virus on Thursday. However, Big B quashed all those news by stating that he is still recovering from COVID-19. He called out a report telecast by a national news channel and said that it was ‘incorrect’ and ‘fake’.
