More than 87000 people infected as outbreak spreads around the world. Globally, more than 2,900 people have died from the fast-moving virus that appears to have originated in China in December.This deadly virus has entered India and more than 10 cases have been tested positive.Doctors and scientists believe that it is not only important to take care of basic hygiene to deal with the coronavirus but also to strengthen the immunity system to avoid it.

So here are some foods that will help you to strengthen your immunity system: Garlic: It is the most powerful anti-viral food. You can eat it raw, mashed or add it to your soup. Eat chopped raw garlic mixed with one spoon of raw honey, you can also add clove. Take this mixture for at least two to three days. This is a great way to boost your immune system.Ginger: It has all the properties of strengthening the immunity system. To get the most out of it, you can mash it and eat it with chakra flowers and honey. Take this mixture for at least three days.Star anise: This flower-shaped spice contains shikimic acid, which is used in the production of tamiflu. It is used for influenza virus. It is an anti-viral superfood. You can drink it by boiling it in water or cooking it with tea.

Coconut oil: You can cook your meals pure cold-pressed coconut oil or eat it raw too. The lauric acid and capric acid present in it enhance the immune system.

Resveratrol rich foods: It's found in foods such as peanuts, pistachios, grapes, red and white wine, blueberries, cranberries, and even cocoa and dark chocolate. It is an element that helps fight fungal infections, ultraviolet radiation, stress and injury.

Ajwain and basil leaves: These are better anti-viral herbs such that will enhance the immunity system. They can be used in tea or curry for good respiratory health.
