The benefits of sleep are widely known: getting enough sleep can do everything from ward off heart disease to keep colds and other infections at bay. But according to a study published in new research shows that sleeping patterns affect your love and sex life. Yes you heard that right.

University of Chicago study has revealed that the relation of people who sleep late does not last long. Such people do not take their relationship seriously. According to the study, people who sleep late and wake up late have increased sex drive compared to those who sleep early. They are hypersexual and have sex at least 2-3 times a day, says the study.   According to the study, people who sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning are very serious about their relationship. They take care of every little things of their partner. The relationship of such people lasts long and there is always love among themselves.

So the better you sleep, the better your sex life will be.
