A 25-year-old man was allegedly murdered in a road rage incident in the Malad area of Mumbai on Saturday morning. The victim, who was riding a motorcycle, reportedly got into an argument with a taxi driver following him, which escalated into a violent attack.

The deceased has been identified as Shariq Ansari, who worked at a digital marketing firm in Malad West. The accused taxi driver has been identified as Satyendra Gupta (28). Police have arrested two accused in connection with the case — Satyendra Gupta and Sunil Pal.

According to the police, the incident took place at around 11:30 am on Saturday near Inorbit Mall, under Oshiwara Metro Station in Malad West. Ansari was riding his motorcycle while the taxi was following him. Both vehicles were travelling from Malvani via Link Road towards Andheri.
