Enthusiasm over Mumbai 3.0 land investment

The project is proposed in the Raigad–Pen Growth Centre and is being considered part of the expansion plan of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Major infrastructure projects such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Atal Setu, and the proposed Virar–Alibag Corridor are expected to make this area an important destination for future investment.

Organisers said that investors from Nagpur are responding positively, with many showing interest in investing in this emerging development corridor.
