The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court has granted a conditional bail to drug peddler Arshad Ahmed Ashra Ahmed, who was arrested for selling contraband. He was arrested on January 6, 2019. According to police records, the Crime Branch had got a tip-off regarding secret sale of MD at co-accused Javed Ataulla Khan’s residence in Azad Nagar. The police removed 55 grams MD drug. The police also recovered four grams of MD drug from Javed. Abu alias Firoz is the main kingpin of the drug racket. Javed was working for him. Adv Mir Nagman Ali represented Arashad.
