Nagpur, July 18

The students of Dr Ambedkar College Deekshabhoomi particularly NCC cadets and sportspersons enthusiastically participated in Lokmat Raktacha Nata state-wide blood donation campaign organised to mark the birt -anniversary of the founder of Lokmat and veteran freedom fighter Jawaharlal Darda on Sunday.

Lokmat in association with Dr Ambedkar College Sports Academy (DACSA) organised the camp at academy hall, Deekshabhoomi. Earlier president of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Smarak Samiti Bhante Nagarjun Surai Sasai inaugurated the camp in the presence Smarak Samiti member Vilas Gajghate, principal Dr. Bhuvneshawari Mehere, DACSA secretary Dr Arvind Joshi and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhante Nagarjun Surai Sasai appreciated Lokmat's noble initiative in organising blood donation camps in the entire state. He also appealed to the citizens to support noble work. Dr Arvind Joshi conducted the proceedings and also proposed a vote of thanks.

Shailesh Raulkar of DSACSA, Dr Abhijit Mankar of Lifeline Blood Bank , Prof. Sujit Chavan, Nayanal Uikey, D S Borkar, Saroj Paunikar, Arun Marande, Shubhangi Dhanvijay, Anjali Mishra, Mayuri, Vikas Bawane, Akshay Raut, Rahul Bahe and others worked hard for the success of the camp.Lokmat NEws NEtwork
