While Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia figures at the top as the most popular leader, Aam Aadmi Party's Ambedkar Nagar MLA Ajay Dutt appears to be the least popular.

The ratings, which are based on the votes of 6.5 lakh respondents over the last two years, reflect how Delhites perceive the performance of their political representatives.

While the BJP has just four MLAs, AAP has 66 MLAs in the 70-member House. According to the Neta App, the average performance of the BJP MLAs have been 2.4, while the average performance of the AAP MLAs were 2.51.

While the best performing MLA was Delhi's Deputy CM and Patparganj MLA Manish Sisodia, the second best was its Hari Nagar MLA Jagdeep Singh with a rating of 4. Only two MLAs figure on or above 4. The third best performing was AAP's Sangam Vihar MLA Dinesh Mohaniya with 3.7 out of 6. Among the known faces, Somnath Bharti figures at number six with a rating of 3.1.

AAP MLA Ajay Dutt from Ambedkar Nagar was rated the lowest by Neta App users. Others who were also rated low included Rakhi Birla (AAP) from Mangolpuri, Jagdish Pradhan (BJP) from Mustafabad, Bhavna Gaur (AAP) from Palam and Sarita Singh (AAP) from Rohtas Nagar constituency.

As for the BJP, its Rohini MLA Vijender Gupta and Vishwas Nagar MLA Om Prakash Sharma got 2.6 out of 5, while SAD's Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who fought on a BJP ticket from Rajouri Garden, got below average with just 2.4 out of 5.

The saffron party's Mustafabad MLA Jagdish Pradhan turned out to be an unpopular MLA, according to the Neta App, receiving just 2 rating points.

The Neta App enables citizens to vote for their favourite leaders and then change their vote on the app as and when their preferences change. Modelled on the Approval Ratings in the US, it aims to make the app a barometer of the political climate in the country.

For the leaders, the app acts as a feedback mechanism, helping them gauge the impact of their actions, or inactions, on a day to day basis. In order to ensure a pertinent sample size, Neta App uses multiple mediums like the app, IVR calls and SMS to gather data on evolving political inclinations.
