Delhi Crime: Son Held For Killing Elderly Mother In Seemapuri Area

A shocking case of crime has came to light were man allegedly killed his 60-year-old woman over domestic row. According to PTI report, accused pushed her from the floor during a domestic row in Delhi's Seemapuri area, an officer said on Thursday, March 12, 2026. 

This incident occurred on Wednesday, March 12, 2026 at the residence of  the accused, identified as Sher Ali. "The altercation began when Sher Ali had a heated argument with his wife. His mother, Hamidun Nisha, intervened to pacify the two," the officer said.

In separate incident, man in Odisha's Deogarh district allegedly killed his wife, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter on Wednesday night. Police reported that Ramesh Garia (52) attacked the three women at their Gariapali village home following an argument with his wife, Gul.

Deogarh SP Anil Kumar Mishra stated that Garia bludgeoned Gul, his daughter-in-law Lipi Mahakul, and his six-year-old granddaughter to death with a heavy object. The incident occurred under the Kundheigola police limit.
