MP Accident: 5 Killed After Vehicle Rams Into Trolley Near Achalkheda Village in Narmadapuram
Five people were killed in an accident in Madhya Pradesh's Narmadapuram district in the early hours of Monday, April 27. The accident took place near Achalkheda village in the Makhannagar police station area after a Tavera vehicle rammed into a trolley from behind at around 2 am, according to the news agency IANS.
The accident occurred when the victims were returning from a wedding in Budhni in a tavera vehicle. According to IANS, Tavera slammed a trolley, loaded with wheat bags, at high speed from behind, leaving the vehicle completely mangled, resulting in all five occupants dying on the spot.

All the deceased are reported to be residents of Mahendrawadi in the Makhannagar region. Police and emergency services reached the scene, sent the bodies for post-mortem, and have initiated an investigation into the cause of the accident.

"We received information at night that a Tavera vehicle carrying people from a wedding had collided with a tractor-trolley between Tawa Pul and Anchal Kheda," said Makhannagar TI Anoop Uikey.
"All the occupants were injured. When we reached the spot, the injured were taken to the hospital. One person had died at the scene and was sent to Babai Hospital. After sending the others for treatment, we cleared the traffic. Later, when we reached the hospital, four more people succumbed to their injuries. Further details regarding the injured are being ascertained," he added.
