An Indian Air Force (IAF) jet crashed in Rajasthan’s Churu district on Wednesday, July 9, according to reports. Officials from the Rajaldesar police station in Bhanoda village, Ratangarh Tehsil, said that two pilots were present. According to the news agency ANI, the IAF's Jaguar fighter jet crashed near the Churu district. Videos and photos of the crash went viral on social media from the accident site. Visuals show locals in the area picking up the wreckage of the crashed jet, while black smoke can also be visible at the site, which looks like a forest area. One of the images also shows proof of a Jaguar fighter jet. On the crashed part of the jet, a label describes 'Jaguar 'SEPECAT.'
The aircraft crashed in an agricultural field in Bhanoda village around 1.25 pm today, SHO Rajaldesar Kamlessh told the news agency PTI. He said human body parts were found near the crash site, indicating the possible fatalities of people on board.

The incident took place in Ratangarh, a Churu district, at around 1:30 p.m. After that, local police rushed to the scene to assess the situation and carry out search and rescue operations.
This is the second crash incident involving a Jaguar fighter jet this year. In April, another Jaguar plane went down during training near the Jamnagar Air Force Station in Gujarat. The aircraft crashed into an open field near Suvarda village, roughly 12 kilometres from the city.
