Udaipur: Major Fire Breaks Out at Gaming Zone Under Sukher Police Station Limits, Heavy Property Damage Reported

Major blaze broke out at gaming zone under the Sukher police station in Udaipur city causing severe damage to the premises. Fortunately no one got injured in this incident. According to reports, fire broke out on Friday, January, 2026  afternoon. Though no loss of life, but due to fire their was severe damage to the premises.

Sukher Police Station, Ravindra Charan told ANI, d, "We received information regarding the fire incident around 4 pm. No casualty has been reported, but there has been a lot of damage to the property."

Firefighting teams and additional vehicles from nearby areas are struggling to douse the blaze.  Earlier in Bundi, Rajasthan, a major tragedy was narrowly averted outside the Bundi district collectorate when a private school van suddenly caught fire, triggering panic in the area. Fortunately, due to the alertness of local residents and the presence of mind shown by the driver, all the schoolchildren travelling in the van were safely evacuated in time, preventing any loss of life.

According to information received, the van was ferrying students home after school hours. It was carrying several children and was fitted with an LPG gas cylinder, which is considered extremely hazardous from a safety perspective and poses serious risks during daily operations.
