Uttar Pradesh Horror: Woman Dies After Allegedly Setting House on Fire, Husband Among 3 Arrested

In an unexpected turn of events, a 41-year-old woman who died in a house fire she allegedly started had reportedly attempted to implicate some relatives with whom she had an ongoing property dispute. Police had earlier arrested her husband, and on Tuesday also took her brother and nephew into custody in connection with the incident that occurred in Nooruddin Chak village, an officer said.

According to Superintendent of Police Vishwajeet Srivastava, on May 16, a police team responded to a call of fire and found a house engulfed in flames. In separate incident,25-year-old beautician was brutally stabbed to death by her estranged husband inside the spa centre in Secunderabad’s Kavadiguda area on Tuesday May 19. According to Times of India, the accused identified as Raju an auto driver from Attapur. The victim, Bangi Deborah, a resident of Hyderabad’s Bahadurpura, was working at the spa centre when the attack took place.

Following the spa attack, the accused surrendered to Attapur Police Station, Siasat reports. The couple had been living apart for two years amidst ongoing disputes and a pending divorce. Raju allegedly followed her to the spa where an argument escalated, resulting in him fatally stabbing her. Raju was also allegedly involved in a 2016 kidnapping case involving Deborah when she was a minor.
