Maharashtra Minister Calls Kangana Ranaut ‘Nachanewali', for her comments on Mahatma Gandhi

Panga actress Kangana Ranaut is dealing with a lot of criticism after her comment on India's Independence and freedom fighters many people, politicians, and celebs have criticized Kangana for her remark. In her recent talk with Times summit, the actress mentioned how India got freedom in 1947 was nothing less than alms, it was in 2014, India actually experienced freedom.

The actress in one of the INSTA Stories mentioned how Subhas Chandra Bose and Bhagat Singh due to Mahatma Gandhi, walking on the path of non-violence left these freedom fighters with no support. Commenting on this statement of the actress, Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar called her 'nachane wali' and her comments don’t make any sense. As reported in PTI, he said, “If some dancer girl ('nachane wali') levels allegations against Mahatma Gandhi, I do not consider it worthy of a response.”

He further added how the actress is slammed by maximum people, he said, “Nine out of ten people badmouth her. There is no need to talk more about her.” Giving an example, he stated how when someone spits at the sun, it falls back on the individual's face itself.

Also, many people urged the government to take all her prestigious awards and the actress too was willing to return her Padma Shri award if she was proven wrong for her statement.
