India reports 2 deaths due to H3N2 Influenza virus in Karnataka and Haryana

After Corona in India, H3N2 (Influenza virus) virus has started showing its outbreak.

The number of H3N2 virus infection patients is continuously increasing in many states of the country.

According to Health Ministry sources, two people have died due to H3N2 virus.

According to the source, one person died in Haryana and one in Karnataka.

About 90 cases of H3N2 virus have been reported in the country so far. 8 cases of H1N1 virus, formerly known as swine flu, have also been reported.

H3N2 and H1N1 have similar symptoms to Covid, which has infected millions of people worldwide and killed millions of people.

According to experts, the transmission of H3N2 virus remains effective for at least 5 to 7 days. Pregnant women, children and the elderly are most at risk of infection.

Doctors have advised regular hand washing and mask-like precautions like Covid-19.
