He has informed about this from his Twitter account.10 / 14The device is named Defense Research Ultraviolet Sanitizer (DRUS).11 / 14All types of phones, iPads, laptops, currency notes and some other items can be sterilized through this device.12 / 14This device is fitted with a proximeter sensor. When the device is turned on, it automatically completes the disinfection process.13 / 14Other items, including phones, are sterilized in the DRUS device. When disinfection is complete the device automatically goes into slip mode.14 / 14The DRDO said there was no need for human contact when all these procedures were completed.
