A 65-year-old man was allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl and killed in Pune's Bhor area. The police arrested an accused senior citizen in the following incident on Friday, May 1, according to the news agency PTI. The family demands the death penalty for the accused.

Pune Rural Superintendent of Police Sandipsingh Gill assuaged the mob, assuring the public that a chargesheet in the case will be filed within 15 days, reported The Times of India.
