Pune Shocker: Man Beats Hotel Manager for Asking to Settle Food Bill, Case Registered

Pimpri: A customer assaulted and injured a hotel manager using a vehicle key in a fit of rage after being asked to pay his dining bill at a hotel in Kharalwadi. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM on Monday April 6 at the Udupi Lunch Home in Kharalwadi.

According to information provided by the Sant Tukaramnagar Police, the hotel manager, Raghavendra Sitaram Shetty, has lodged a formal complaint at the Sant Tukaramnagar Police Station. The police have registered a case against Sanket Sakpal.

Sanket Sakpal initially verbally abused a waiter at the hotel. Subsequently, when Manager Shetty asked him to settle the dining bill, Sanket in a fit of rage struck Shetty on the neck and head using the key to his Activa scooter. Shetty sustained injuries in the attack.
