The India-Pakistan match is scheduled to be played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on February 15, 2026. The two teams have faced each other eight times in T20 World Cups, with India winning seven of those matches.

Pakistan began their campaign with a narrow three-wicket win over the Netherlands at the Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo. They will play the United States on Tuesday, February 10.
