Bhiwandi Factory Fire: Massive Blaze Erupts at Nilesh Dyeing Company in Khokha Compound
A major fire broke out in a Bhiwandi area of Thane district in the early hours of Friday, February 28. The blaze erupted in a Nilesh dyeing factory located in Khokha Compound which has engulfed the three-storey building.
After receiving the information five fire tenders from Bhiwandi and Kalyan rushed to the spot and working to douse the blaze. Fire officer of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), Sachin Pawar said at least four to five fire engines are at the spot and working extinguish the ranging blaze.

Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: A major fire broke out late at Nilesh Dyeing Company in Khokha Compound, engulfing the three-storey building. Five fire engines from Bhiwandi and Kalyan were deployed to the spot.

"The fire was already raging when we arrived. We are trying to bring it under control as quickly as possible," said Pawar. So far, there have been no reports of any casualties or injuries in the following incident. Reason for how blaze erupted will be investigated after the cooling operation.
