Several areas in Bhiwandi will be facing water supply disruption today May 13. STEM Authority has announced this cut for critical repair works at the Temghar water purification centre and the Bhiwandi PWRM pipeline network. The water cut will began at 9 am on Wednesday morning and resume back on 9 am on Thursday May 14.
This 24-hours water cut is scheduled for Urgent cable maintenance at the Temghar water treatment facility and leakage rectification on the Bhiwandi PWRM pipeline necessitate a water supply shutdown. The civic administration deems this operation essential for maintaining long-term water distribution. Sandeep Patnavar, Executive Engineer of the Water Supply Department, urges citizens to store sufficient water beforehand and cooperate with the municipal administration for judicious use until normal supply resumes.
