Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], May 27 : Former Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Saturday took a jibe at Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh's remark over the row about the inauguration of new Parliament and said that it was not written anywhere who would inaugurate Parliament.Reacting to Singh's remark that the new Parliament not being inaugurated by the President is a violation of Article 79, Mahajan said, "If there is a violation of any article, then the Supreme Court would see. In our democracy, there is facility for everything, everyone's rights have been given and rules have been written. Some rules are written and some are not.
