Washington, July 24 Covid-19 cases, deaths and hospitalizations continue to surge among the unvaccinated across the US, fuelled by the rapid spread of the highly transmissible Delta variant.More than 91 million people live in a county considered to have high Covid-19 transmission, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
