The event was orgzed in collaboration with JCI Hyderabad SUPAR on March 30, 2023 on the Occasion of Sri Rama Navami. This record has been officially recognized by the International Wonder Book of World Records on April 2, 2023 and Indian Chief-Coordinator Bingi Narender Goud has handed over the record to Vaddepally Rajeshwar Rao.The event was held in Kukatpally, and hundreds of people from this area and other parts of the city gathered to witness the distribution of butter milk packets. Vaddepally Rajeshwar Rao and his team from JCI Hyderabad SUPAR had made meticulous preparations to ensure that the event went smoothly. The packets of butter milk were neatly arranged, and the distribution process was orgzed and efficient by the Volunteers of JCI.The event started at 10:00 AM, and within an hour, a staggering 13,547 packets of butter milk were distributed to the public. The previous record for the highest number of butter milk packets distributed in one hour was held by an individual in Maharashtra, who had distributed 8,500 packets.
