New Delhi [India], April 24 : A seven-member delegation from the South Korean Coast Guard will hold a high-level meeting with Indian Coast Guard in New Delhi on Tuesday.The two sides are expected to discuss measures to further bolster mutual cooperation, including capacity building and other issues of mutual interest.The Indian Coast Guard team will be headed by ADG Rakesh Pal, Officiating Director General, Indian Coast Guard, the Ministry of Defence said in the official press release. The delegation of the South Korean Coast Guard will be led by Commissioner General KIM Jong Wook.The Ministry of Defence in a press release said, "A seven-member delegation of the South Korea Coast Guard will have a high level meeting with Indian Coast Guard in New Delhi on 25 April, 2023."The Ministry of Defence further said, "The delegation of South Korean Coast Guard will be led by Commissioner General KIM Jong Wook, while Indian Coast Guard team will be headed by ADG Rakesh Pal, Officiating Director General, Indian Coast Guard. It was the first occasion when the LCA Tejas shall participate in an international flying exercise outside India.
