Aurangabad, Jan 16:

Mukundwadi Police arrested a person Dnyaneshwar Manohar Yadav from Jaibhavaninagar on Friday night while selling marijuana (ganaja).

According to details, Police sent Dnyaneshwar Yadav to Harsul Centre Jail under

Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities (MPDA) of Slumlords, Bootleggers and Drug Offenders Act, one year ago.

He was released from the Jail recently. Police received information that was selling marijuana and sent a decoy to verify it.

Police, along with two panchas went to the area of his house. He was holding a gunny bag near the ground. Police searched him and found 175 small packets of ganja in a gunny bag.

The weight of all bags is 875 gm and valued at Rs 5,500. On the basis a complaint lodged by PSI Amol Mhaske, a case was registered with Mukundwadi Police Station and arrested him.
