14 women undergo surgeries at Meltron Hospital

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

A laparoscopic family welfare surgery camp for women was organised by the municipal corporation’s health department at Meltron Hospital, located opposite Chikalthana Airport. The camp was inaugurated by health committee chairperson Dr Sunita Sanjay Solunke. A total of 14 women underwent surgeries during the camp.

Corporator Vaishali Korde, corporator Sanjay Chaudhary, medical officer Dr Paras Mandalecha, Dr Shirsat, Dr Davande, Dr Kalpana Rathod, Dr Vikas Devkar, assistant matron Meenal Thokal, Meena Adhav, Kalpana Mhaske and others were present on the occasion. So far, a total of 190 women have successfully undergone surgeries through free laparoscopic camps organised at various municipal hospitals.
