Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Two individuals attempted to encroach on land owned by Dr Bhagwat Karad’s wife and other relatives in Jadhavwadi.

The accused have been identified as Balu Hivrale and Kailas Hivrale, residents of Ambedkarnagar. A case has been registered against them at the Cidco police station. Dr Manjusha Persi Jilla (65) filed a complaint regarding the incident. According to her complaint, a 20-gunta land parcel in Gat No. 8 of Jadhavwadi is jointly owned by her, Raju Yadav Khedkar, Ranjana Vilas Dhanu, and Anjali Bhagwat Karad. On August 28, 2024, Jawahar Khare and Bhushan Mukhate visited the land for purchase-related inquiries. At that time, Balu and Kailas falsely claimed ownership of the land and even threatened Khare and Mukhate, forcing them to leave. Later, on January 18, 2025, when Dr Manjusha Jilla visited the land for inspection, the duo once again threatened her and forced her to leave. Following this, she lodged a complaint at the Cidco police station.
