Aurangabad, June 10:
Former principal of Maulana Azad College Dr Refaqat Ali Khan passed away in New Delhi on Tuesday night. He was 82.
He was also a noted historian with a specialisation in medieval history and served as a professor for about four decades. He was the principal of Maulana Azad College from February 1976 to July 1980. He is survived by two sons. His burial took place at the Jadid Kabristan Ahle Isalm Graveyard in New Delhi on Wednesday afternoon.
