From managing demanding careers to caring for families and maintaining social commitments, women today play several roles with determination and resilience. This International Women's Day, working women from different fields share how planning, support and self-belief help them manage both professional and personal responsibilities while continuing to grow.

Self-belief and mutual support help women grow together

“I follow certain principles in my life. When I am in the office, I dedicate myself completely to work, and when I am at home, my priority is my family. However, in public service our responsibility is round-the-clock, so sometimes balancing both becomes challenging. Still, the satisfaction comes from giving my hundred percent to my job. Women must believe in themselves and take the first step forward. Supporting and uplifting other women is equally important, because when we support each other, we grow stronger together.”
