Aurangabad, Jan 2:

The local crime branch has solved the case of kidnapping of a contractor at Waluj MIDC area. According to the details, labour contractor Bhausaheb Chandrabhan Kale (Ranjangaon, Waluj) lodged a complaint on December 31 that three persons kidnapped him on a motorcycle on December 19. They took him to a garden near AS Club and took his mobile phone, Rs 15,000 cash and his motorcycle (MH 20 FC 5918) from him.

The crime branch conducted a parallel investigation and found that the kidnapping was committed by Bhausaheb Tulshiram Janjal (Yoggaon, Sillod), Ganesh Prakash Munjwar (Parbhani) and one other. Bhausaheb has kept the stolen motorcycle in his native village. Hence, the police went to his village but Bhausaheb was not there while another accused Munjwar is presently arrested by the Selu, Parbhani police in a motorcycle theft case. The seized motorcycle has been handed over to the Waluj MIDC police for further investigation.
