Aurangabad, Nov 26:

Dr Vilas Bansidhar Tangade Patil, a social activist demanded that the M Phil course should not be scrapped.

It may be noted that M Phil course will be scrapped with the implementation of the New Education Policy (NEP) across the country in 2022.

In a memorandum submitted to the Governor, Dr Patil stated that students who pursue M Phil can avail fellowship of different association and institutes in the State. He also demanded that Santpith and Pali universities should be established in the district immediately.
