Aurangabad, July 11:

Kisan Sangharsh Samiti (KSS) demanded that Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) stop any move to implement agriculture laws.

In a press release issued here on Sunday, KSS office-bearers stated that the State Government had tabled three bills in the legislative council session.

“The Government appears in a hurry to pass the agriculture bills. It plans to implement the agriculture laws by making some amendments to them.

We will launch an agitation in Mumbai on the line of Delhi. The laws are against farmers and favour the corporate sector. It will also put food safety at risk,” they said.

Dr Ashok Dhavle, Raju Shetti, Bhai Jayant Patil, and others said this.
