Aurangabad, March 8:
City-based industry iAir Technologies Pvt Ltd, which entered the mobile handsets and TV sets manufacturing sector two years ago, has bagged editor’s choice award ‘Rising Lifestyle Brand of 2020.’
iAir Technologies was honoured with the award in ‘Mobility Excellence Award Nights’ held in Delhi on March 5.
This is the seventh year of ‘Mobility Excellence Award. Only five companies from the country were nominated for the award. The city-based mobile handsets manufacturer company was selected for the award.
The company manufactures 14 types of TV sets, 24 types of mobile handset products and over 100 types of accessories.
It has made a network of sales and 1000 Customers Service Centres (CSCs) in different parts of the county.
The TV sets including 24 to 75 inches Smart LED, Smart, Frameless and Voice Remote Command. Jobs were created for many youths through CSCs.
The selection committee took notice of jobs generation. Industrialist and managing director of the company Ravinder Singh Johar received the award in the ceremony.
Ravinder Singh Johar said that the award is a recognition for manufacturing technology-based, qualitative and affordable products.
“Most of the top manufacturers of mobile handsets are in Delhi. The city-based company has given a tough competition to Delhi-based companies in just two years. We were honoured for this. We have set the target to get a place in the top five companies by adopting advanced technology and enhancing the quality of the products further in the coming days. We have started work in that direction,” he added.
