Aurangabad, Nov 23: The Indian Medical Association (IMA, Aurangabad) branch has received three state-level awards.

Secretary, IMA Aurangabad Dr Yashwant Gade has been adjudged the best secretary due to his admirable performance during the Corona period and for various social works done during his tenure as secretary.

Physician and former president of the city IMA Dr Raul will be given a special presidential award for his outstanding organizational achievements.

Dermatologist and vice-president of IMA, Aurangabad Dr Anupam Takalar will be conferred the special state-level presidential IMA Award for his various organizational and social initiatives.

The awards will be presented at the IMA state-level convention to be held on November 28 at Solapur, by Maharashtra IMA president Dr Avinash Bhondwe and secretary Dr Pankaj Bandarkar, in the presence of various office-bearers and members of IMA from across the state.
