MITL has revised land rates in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) under Auric industrial area, increasing industrial plot rates by Rs 480 per sq. m and commercial rates by Rs 1,200 per sq. m. The new rates have been effective from April 1, senior MITL sources confirmed.

Under MITL, around 10,000 acres in the Shendra and Bidkin industrial belts were allocated for industrial, commercial, and residential use, with 90–95% industrial plots already allotted. Major investors include Toyota, Hyosung, JSW, Piramal Pharma, Ather Energy, and others, taking total investments close to Rs 1 lakh crore, with strong focus on EV projects driving rising demand. Earlier, industrial plots were priced at Rs 3,520 per sq. m, now revised to Rs 4,000 per sq. m, while commercial plots increased from Rs 4,800 to Rs 6,000 per sq. m. Auric City has also issued fresh advertisements for allotment at revised rates.
