Intl. conference on ‘Status of

Human Rights during Covid-19''

Aurangabad, Dec 9

Manikchand Pahade Law College is going to host a two-day online international conference on ‘Status of Human Rights during COVID-19 Pandemic’ to mark the International Human Rights Day, from December 10.

More than 1,300 participants from various parts of the country and abroad have registered for this conference. Chairperson of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP) Advisory Council M Koteswara Rao will speak in the inaugural session at 9 am, Jeeva Shirajanie Nirille from University of Colombo (Sri Lanka) will inaugurate the conference, while Peter O Omari (supervising attorney, Mid-Minnesota, USA) will deliver the keynote address.

President of M L and G E Society Adv J K Wasadikar will deliver the presidential address. Secretary Adv Dr Kalpalata Patil, vice-principal S N Morey (convenor of the conference), Dr Aparna Kottapalle and Dr Anju Singh (co-convenor) have appealed to teachers and students to attend the virtual conference.
