Aurangabad, March 1: a

The fourth session of Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE)-Main will clash with the HSC examinations to be conducted across the State in April-May.

It may be noted that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will hold the test in four sessions from this year to facilitate more and more students for the test. The first session of JEE was held last week, while the second is from March 15 to 18, the third from April 27 to 30 and the fourth session from May 24 to 28.

The fourth session schedule will clash with the State Board examinations in many States, including Maharashtra. It has been brought to the notice of NTA by the candidates appearing in JEE (Main).

T avoid any clash between the two examinations, NTA will open the application form of JEE(Main) -2021 from May 3 to 12 (for the May session) so that candidates can inform the Agency about their class 12th roll number and name of the Board.

The JEE (Main) will be held for admission to undergraduate courses in NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) and as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced).
