Aurangabad, Oct 14:

The incidents of vehicle thefts are on the rise in the city. Thieves stole Trax Jeep, Tempo and 7 motorcycles from various parts of the city. Cases have been registered at concerned police stations.

A motorcycle (MH20 CN 5780) of Mahesh Pujari from Aurangpura was stolen on October 12 night. A case has been registered at City Chowk police station. Another two-wheeler (MH 20 FQ 5254) of Wasim Shah, a resident of Satara area was stolen on October 7. A case has been registered at Satara police station. A two-wheeler (MH 20 EN 5304) of Ramesh Suradkar, a resident of Padegaon was stolen on October 12. He lodged a complaint at the Cantonment police station. Pramod Mahesh Pathak (Pannalalnagar) parked his two-wheeler (MH 20 BD 9388) in front of his house. Next day, he noticed that it was missing. Similarly, Machindra Rithe from Chikalthana (MH 20 DP 6012) and another motorcycle from Sarang Society, Garkheda were stolen on October 6.

Ravi Haribhau Shinde parked his motorcycle at New Mondha, Jadhavwadi and went for some work. Thieves took advantage and stole his motorcycle (MH 20DZ 61). Shiakh Mukim Mohinuddin’s of Motiwalanagar motorcycle (MH 20 EM 7772) was stolen on October 6. He lodged complaint at Jinsi police station.

Similarly, A Jeep owned by Amol Rameshwar Aaru (Amrawati) parked in front of a hotel at Railway Station area and a tempo of Prithvirajsingh Ranjeetsingh Thakur from Mayur Park were stolen on September 15.
