Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The fourth phase of winter session medical examination 2024 to be conducted by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences will commence in the State on March 22.

The students of the second year (old /2019 supplementary), first year BAMS /BUMS (2021) and BHMS (CBDC-2022) courses in the Faculty of Medicine will appear in this session.

The university has started sending question papers online on a pilot basis from the third phase of the winter session of MBBS third and final year courses. The online evaluation of answer books after the scanning them has also started this year.

More than 16, 414 students of these courses will take their papers at 104 centres across the State from March 22 to April 9.

Controller of Examinations of MUHS Dr Sandeep Kadu said that the question papers for the Winter 2024 Phase-4 examinations would be sent to the examination centre on the day of the examination through an online computer system. He said that the university determined to undertake the digitalisation of written examination question papers.

Since the question papers will be sent online to the centres in this session also, the MUHS appealed to the students to report the centre one hour before the commencement of the paper. The candidates will have to report to the centre at 9 am for the morning session and at 1 pm for the afternoon session.
